John McCain and Obama Supporters

Filed under: Uncategorized — ononehand @ 12:24 am

The McCain campaign, which has struggled to garner volunteer support to match Obama’s huge ground game, has turned to an unlikely source of hired labor to make voter contacts: Obama supporters.

In Iowa, the McCain campaign hired canvassers through a temp agency, including two black women shipped in from Chicago who admitted to being Obama supporters. Reported by the Times of London.

Two states away in Indanna, 40 workers walked off the job at a telemarketing agency when they were assigned a script saying an Obama presidency would be dangerous to children.
